For many, March 10 is any other Tuesday. For the past few years however, Nintendo has pioneered it as a holiday to celebrate its beloved mascot. Styled as “Mar10,” the week of Mario Day (March 8 – March 14) will be host to a variety of different sales for Nintendo Switch titles. The likes of GameStop, Amazon, and Target have placed discounts for Super Mario Maker 2, Super Mario Party, Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, and Yoshi’s Crafted World.
While it’s disappointing that more major titles such as Super Mario Odyssey aren’t included in this Mar10 deal, it’s nice to see more recent releases present. Across the board, the games are $39.99 each. These are some of the lowest discounts we’ve seen for these titles, as first-party Nintendo titles rarely go on sale, so be sure to purchase them by the end of the week if you’ve been holding off.
Are you thinking about picking up any of these Nintendo Switch titles to celebrate Mar10 Day? Let us know which ones you’ll pick up in the comments. Also, if you’re a fan of the red plumber, there’s a user-created Mario title in the recently released Dreams and a must-see horror animation that twists Mario and friends into something you’ve never seen before.
